The project was designed by the esteemed Bar Orian Architects, who created an inspiring Tel Aviv tribute to Japanese style. The unique atmosphere is completed by the shared spaces: a fully equipped gym, a dry sauna, an ice bath, and stylish changing rooms. In the basement levels you’ll also find a range of smart parking solutions for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.

Interior design is led by Gad Studio, headed by architect Gad Halperin. Founded in 1986, the studio is considered a pioneer in the field of interior design and architecture, and leads a wide range of projects across the commercial, public, and private sectors. Its approach combines artistic sensitivity with meticulous professionalism, from concept through to the final detail, with the goal of creating distinctive spaces and bespoke designed experiences.
